Green Oaks Flex Buildings

These two industrial buildings were purchased in November 2009 from Citibank, N.A. with 20% occupancy at closing. Asset was renovated and repositioned, increasing occupancy to 100%. After one year, the south property was sold, and the north property was retained, leased and managed until January 2018.
