Formed in 2008, Moyer Properties purchases and develops real estate assets on behalf of its partners and investors. Greg Moyer has over 40 years of experience in commercial real estate. Until 2008, he was Managing Director in charge of the Midwest offices for the national commercial real estate firm Marcus & Millichap. In July of 2008 Greg formed Moyer Properties, Moyer Brokerage and Management, and with Jeff Annenberg in 2009 formed Ravine Park Partners. Together they have invested and developed 1,000s of apartments and over 1.5 million square feet of commercial space. Greg has been a noted authority in valuation, rental and demographic trends, and brokerage of commercial-investment real estate throughout the Midwest for the past twenty years and has been quoted in publications such as: National Real Estate Investor, Forum Magazine, Crain’s Chicago, Heartland Real Estate, and Midwest Real Estate News. Greg has spoken about commercial real estate for, the National Apartment Association, Chicagoland Apartment Association, Appraisal Institute, CCIM, and many other organizations both public and private. Greg is a current member of the National Multi Housing Council and International Council of Shopping Centers.
Keith Fanelli has over 20 years in of real estate development experience. Keith graduated Penn State University and started his career in retail tenant representation on a team at Melaver|Mouchet, where he developed extensive experience in helping tenants align their business, operational and real estate objectives. He later took the position of financial analyst at Marcus and Millichap, where he performed financial valuations on various single and multi-tenant commercial investments. In 2009, Keith joined Moyer Properties to oversee construction, asset management, and underwriting. After 7 successful, consecutive years in that role, Keith Fanelli became a partner in 2016.
Brandy Graff, a Chicago suburban native, brings a wealth of expertise and versatility to her role. Her experience at a real estate family office honed her skills in development and investment, managing projects from concept to completion. In her earlier career as a political fundraising consultant, Brandy coordinated high-profile events, created finance strategy and cultivated strong stakeholder relationships. Together, these experiences have refined her ability to navigate complex projects, lead teams, and deliver impactful results across industries.
