Hawthorn Apartments Phase II

After the successful completion and stabilization of Phase I of Hawthorn Apartments in 2021, Moyer Properties will continue on the development’s success with a second phase. Hawthorn Apartments Phase II will feature an additional 140 units of ground-up luxury apartments in Somers, WI. This expansion will feature 19 townhome-style buildings with direct access units, designed to seamlessly match the architectural style and appeal of Phase I. The land for this new phase, located just north of Phase I, was acquired in May 2022 to support the community's growth. The proposed development has secured conditional approvals and entitlements from the Village of Somers and is currently in the design development stage, with plans to submit for permits in 2026.
