Greg Moyer a 25+ year industry veteran. He most recently was Managing Director in charge of most of the Midwest offices for the national commercial real estate firm Marcus & Millichap. Greg has been a noted authority in valuation, and brokerage of commercial real estate throughout the Midwest for the past fourteen years. He has been quoted in publications such as: National Real Estate Investor, Forum Magazine, Crain’s Chicago, Heartland Real Estate, and Midwest Real Estate News. Greg has spoken about commercial real estate for, the National Apartment Association, Chicagoland Apartment Association, Appraisal Institute, CCIM, and many other organizations both public and private. Greg is past Board Member of: Midwest Real Estate News, Illinois Real Estate Journal, Heartland Real Estate, and the Los Angeles and Chicago apartment associations. Greg is a current member of the National Multi Housing Council and International Council of Shopping Centers. Greg has successfully invested and been the managing member of over 1,000 units over the past ten years. Additionally, Greg has invested and been the managing members in eight other commercial real estate transactions. In 2009, Greg co-founded Ravine Park Partners, LLC. Ravine Park Partners was formed to acquire and manage commercial real estate throughout the Midwest.
Jeff has over 26 years of experience in commercial real estate. In 1981, he graduated from the University of Arizona where he received a Bachelors of Science with a double major in Real Estate and Finance. From 1981 to 1984, Jeff was a Vice President for The Levy Organization. At The Levy Organization, he oversaw the marketing department and the opening of operations of more than twenty restaurants. From 1984 to 1990, Jeff was a Senior Associate with Colliers Bennett & Kahnweiler Inc. (“CBK”). At CBK, he represented landlords and tenants for office space throughout the city and suburbs of Chicago. From 1991 to 1995, Jeff was a Senior Vice President for Heitman Financial. He oversaw a portfolio in excess of $2.0 billion of Class A properties nationwide for Heitman Financial and their Pension Fund Clients. In 1995, Jeff co-founded Montero Partners and in 2006, Jeff founded Annenberg Investments Ltd. Annenberg Investments Ltd. was established as a private real estate investment and development firm specializing in re-positioning assets and adding value. Between Montero Partners and Annenberg Investments Ltd., Jeff has acquired, re-positioned and leased over fifty transactions totaling more than $850 million. In 2009, Jeff co-founded Ravine Park Partners, LLC. Ravine Park Partners was formed to acquire and manage commercial real estate throughout the Midwest. Jeff was a board member of District 113 from April 2003-2007 and has been involved with the Make A Wish Foundation, JUF and UCP.

14100 & 14101 West Lambs Lane – Green Oaks, Illinois
In November 2009, a venture formed by Jeff and Greg purchased two industrial buildings from Citibank, N.A. At the time of closing, the buildings were twenty percent occupied. Within one year, the buildings were one hundred percent occupied.
885 Sunset Ridge Road – Northbrook, Illinois
In May 2010, a venture formed by Jeff and Greg purchased a 75,000 square foot vacant furniture store. Within two months, the building was leased long term to Nestlé USA, Inc. Capital improvements were completed in December 2010 and include: new windows, new roof, and parking lot expansion. The property is currently occupied and is serving as the national headquarters for Nestlé’s Frozen Pizza Division.
9127 Potter Road – Des Plaines, Illinois
In May 2010, a venture formed by Jeff and Greg purchased a 240 unit apartment complex. Built in 1965, the property will undergo a multi-million dollar renovation. Capital improvements include: new windows and doors, new roof, overhaul of the common areas, and a new clubhouse.
100 South Buffalo Grove Road – Buffalo Grove, Illinois
In September 2011, a venture formed by Jeff and Greg purchased a 154 unit apartment complex. Built in 1971, the property will undergo a multi-million dollar renovation. Capital improvements include: new windows and doors, new roof, new siding and a overhaul of the common areas.
611-633 West Roosevelt Road – Chicago, Illinois
In June 2012, a venture formed by Jeff and Greg purchased a 29,000+/- square foot retail center from Bank of America. The property is situated on 1.39 acres and has over 225’ of frontage along Roosevelt Road and excellent visibility from I-90/94. The property is currently fifty percent leased to short term non credit tenants. The property will undergo a million dollar renovation to attract long term credit tenants.

In September 2012, a venture formed by Jeff and Greg purchased a 12,000+/- square foot retail center. The property has over 60’ of frontage along Roosevelt Road and excellent visibility from I-90/94.
